How come the client stats dropped by a full petaflop today? The Nvidia GPUs were significantly lower? Anyone know why this is happening?

Merely a server snafu. Not to worry.

We've been looking into this and it indeed seems to be a stats reporting issue (the stats are not reporting these as NVIDIA GPUs) rather than a decrease in traffic, etc. The stats are still going through points-wise, just not with the right field to report them as NVIDIA GPUs. We upgraded the server code on Oct 8 and this may have caused this, so we're reverting back to see if that fixes it. If it does, then we'll have something to go on in terms of what caused the bug.

PS We've reverted back to the old server code (from Oct 8) and that has fixed this issue. We'll look into what was the cause next (on Monday). The stats system will need some time to update (24 hours for the next osstats page).

Any chance to have corrected stats data for the last nvidia-bugged days?

I meant corrected NVIDIA data for October 10 and 11.
