Hi this wu has eue'd on me 5 times all at the same step, thought this was supposed to stop after 3 failures. Down the core twice, in any case think it is a bad wu.

Have you tried qfix to submit partial results ?

There's no other records in the DB for this WU yet ...

You may have gotten that incorrect information from me or one of the other Mods, but apparently the "stop after 3 failures" isn't really true, and we don't really know what is true. It may be that after a certain amount of time you'll get a new WU but some of it is strictly chance (i.e.- up to the Assignment Server's choices). The only thing that is certain is that if you upload a partial result (either with the help of qfix or not) it won't be assigned to you again.
