It is possible that I would download for example 2 or more works, and while it is trying to upload results it would also start next work?

Because sometimes it is attempting to get work for several hours, and also same problem with uploading.

So it would work a real 24/7, no pauses for down/uploading

Nope, all clients are designed to only download 1 WU at a time, and this will not be changed. There was a thread on this just a few days ago, but I don't have the link handy...
