Folding Forum

This isn't really an issue with this WU, but more of a heads up, i.e. I set up a 2nd machine for folding, just to try it out, but since it's a P3 Celeron, it takes forever to finish a WU, even when unused for anything else, and turned on 24 hrs./day, so I plan on uninstalling the folding client from that machine.

I finished one WU on that machine, and it, of course, uploaded the data and downloaded a new WU(the one in the title of this thread), so I just wanted to let any admin know that this machine will no longer be folding, so if possible, you may want to make that particular WU available for download once again, rather than simply letting the time expire 'til the deadline date is reached.

Next time, use the -oneunit flag which will allow you to finsh the current WU but not download a new assignment.
