Long 1-4 failures at 9% (stops itself with SIGTERM) and segfaults 0x0 at 13% Posted archive of folding directory stopped at 7% with kernel segfault messages for anyone who wants to troubleshoot. Will try again stopping at 3% and restarting to "get past the problem area".

Edit: same behaviour after stopping at 3%, waiting for all threads to complete, restarting. Ran up to ~8%, deleted itself and started new WU when hitting long 1-4 interactions. Have not tried on another machine yet.

hmm, looks like it could be an actual MD error which seems to be less common, i'll let dan know in case there's anything to it... thanks!
