GPU and internet usage calculation

I need to know more about the internet usage of GPU (nVidia) folding
Each of my 3 cards does 12 units a day when running 24/7 . The warning in the "answers to" thread is a little vague.....Has anyone done the calculation with a reasonable degree of precision?
I know each wu shows some sort of compression ratio when sending....is this where I should be looking to work this out?
The answers to this will maybe allow me to fold at work too!!

If anyone works this out to a semi-accurate figure then I will update the "Answers to" thread with that figure.

Thank you John
I was going to attempt this but thought I'd ask first. If I get anywhere at all you'll be the first to know.

Grab some freeware upload/download meter application from donwload.com or other similar location. Actual measurements are great.

Wouldn't reading from the Fahlog.txt suffice?
uploading completed WU:
(Read 1155184 bytes from disk)
1155184 bytes = 1.101669 MB, upload
Project: 5015 (Run 9, Clone 903, Gen 17)
Receiving payload (expected size: 45969)
45969 (bytes?) = 0.04383945 MB download
Project: 5506 (Run 9, Clone 171, Gen 49)

my card does about 11 WUs a day. according to netlimiter's statistics for the last month, in average it looks like 0.4MB of download and 10MB of upload for each day.

OK, I've done that, I expect that a weeks worth of info will suit my purposes
I'd already done the calculations using the figures in the log but they seemed a bit low (not sure what my expectations were but.....)
^w^ing: Your figures aren't so different either ...maybe there's hope for this yet
Thanks all
