Team Member Certificates Showing "0" WU / Points

Post by BrownBullhead »

I have a team member whose certificates are showing "0" WU / Points, even though she has completed 70+ work units.

Her statistics show on the team page correctly, just her certificates are in error. My certificates seem to be okay, so what could explain these anomalies?

Team Stats Page: http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/mai ... num=128767
Member's *Points* Certificate Page: http://fah-web.stanford.edu/awards/cert ... m&pts=6136
Member's WU Certificate Page: http://fah-web.stanford.edu/awards/cert ... t=wus&bg=3

Any advice would be appreciated.

This means that the client is not actually functioning, and has returned 70 errors/EUEs. Please check the log and the machine's drivers or client setup, as appropriate.

No no, what he means is that on the main stats page it shows points and Wus, but when he clicks on the cert it shows 0.

By the way Brownbullhead, your team stats certificate looks okay, only the some specific to Matthews_Mom.

The same happened to me a few weeks, but it's okay now. Could be a variety of reasons i guess.

This is a problem with a ' in the name. That's not being passed to the cert page. We'll look into a fix. However, there are technical reasons why ' should be a prohibited character there.

While Prof. Pande's team looks into a fix, your team member can access her certificates via these links:

Member's *Points* Certificate Page: http://fah-web.stanford.edu/awards/cert ... m&pts=6136
Member's WU Certificate Page: http://fah-web.stanford.edu/awards/cert ... t=wus&bg=3

I just placed an apostrophe in the actual url.

anandhanju: Never any problem accessing the certificates; the problem was the certificates displayed "0", even though the statistics displayed correct values.

My team member has now changed her naem in her client software to a one word, no special characters nickname. However, this will now bump her back to "0" for WU and PTS as far as I know, correct?
