I have an unsupported GPU and running on a nobara linuxx system and pretty new to this but I think this is all I need.

That is already present in the GPUs.txt file:

0x1002:0x7590:1:10:Navi 44 [Radeon RX 9060(XT)]
Either you do not have the proper driver installed with OpenCL support or there is some other problem. There are directions on the forum on how to install drivers to have an AMD card usable for folding under Linux,
