Can't Login to my Account

Having some issues logging into my account. Tried multiple password resets and I keep getting hit with "invalid password" errors even when pasting the same text into the reset form and the login interface via the clipboard. This is recurring across multiple devices, browsers and networks. I vaguely remember having this issue about a year ago too.
Anyone ever run into this or have any ideas?
