Projects: No Work

Resume/Pause/Finish does not do anything. Unlinked and re-linked machine.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi, the experts here (I am not one) can't really help unless you provide some or all of:

1. Hardware
2. OS and version
3. Folding app (7.6.21, 8.4.9 etc)
4. Is this a new install or was it running OK before
5. If the latter, did you change anything
6. Maybe a copy of log containing the message

If you're curious as to why muziqaz linked you to the ATI/AMD driver forum, it's because your GPU is flagged as unsupported (either because it really IS unsupported or because the driver is having a problem.) Your log file directly says so right here:

07:26:51:I3: "gpu:197:00:00": {"vendor": 4098, "device": 5567, "type": "amd", "supported": false, "description": "Phoenix [Radeon 740M/760M/780M]"}

And it was probably selected previously and you are experiencing the bug that you get no work at all.

If you install 8.4.9 you can uncheck your GPU.
Then reinstall 8.5.5
