Project 19600

Project 19600
Couple of days ago I noticed that 19600 disappeared from the list of active projects. Is it complete? No more 19600 WUs or it's just the issue with the server 160.45.68.201 ?

That server is down and projects will not show as active from any server that is down. There may be a period before the list updates, I used to know how long that was.
