Yesterday a WU completed, and uploading began. However, there has been no progress on the upload. Other WUs have completed and uploaded since then. There appears no obvious way to re-start the upload. Is there something that the end-user is supposed to do in this situation?

A search for "uploading" in this forum showed results that concerned DNS issues. That said, other WUs complete and upload without a problem. Another user completed the same WU and received credit, so the server itself can/could/did receive results (at least from that user).

Below are the entries from the log for that particular unit, starting with the completion of the steps:

Restart the client or reboot the system.

On Windows, you could use TCP View tool to identify the stuck TCP connection and to kill it.

Thank you toTOW.

I shut down and restarted MacOS, and relaunched Folding@Home. The final two entries for in the log for WU75 now shows:

19:00:18:I1:WU75:Uploading WU results
19:00:23:I1:WU75:Credited

The work history shows that the work unit status is Failed. Since the log shows "Credited" and the history shows "Failed", there is perhaps nothing more to be done.

Thanks again for the advice to restart the client or reboot the system.

The reason the WU is marked in history as failed is another known bug: https://github.com/FoldingAtHome/fah-cl ... issues/352

In spite of the history marking it as failed, it was successfully credited and you got the points for it.
