I saw it on here, but now when I search, the only one I can find goes to google docs and gives me an error. I have reduces the wattage on my 4080 and 4090s and I want to see if it is really low. and this one seems ridiculously high for a 270 watt GPU. I can't get the image to load, but its over 30 million ppd for a 18224.

No, this one has the video card, the average ppd and the unit number.

Do note that Lars is extremely inaccurate for PPD due to a bug in the v8 client. If a WU is stopped abnormally, then when it restarts the v8 client will inflate PPD estimate to astronomical levels (like a little iGPU suddenly reading 400M PPD). This data gets sent to Lars and pollutes the estimates very badly.

PPD is only estimated, and some projects give higher estimates than others on certain cards. And if you're bitten by the same bug I mentioned, the estimate might be way off for that one unit.

None of the documents so far are like the one I swear that I saw years ago. It was like a spreadsheet and the columns were GPU (like Nvidia 4090), F@H project number and average ppd.

Could it be https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... ingle=true? That is only for 5700XT though.
