I have been getting low PPD for over a week and was running 3x v8.3.18 clients. I upgraded all 3 clients to v8.4.9 and I believe I am only receiving base credit for my completed WU.

I have WU #23687 from project 12701, completed by a GeForce RTX 3080 in 52m 35s.
The completed WU details say the base credit is 59,000 and the PPD is 10,357,114

I received 59k for this WU that had a deadline of 1d 13h.

Even if I multiply the base credit by 24 ( if I did 24 of them in a day - one per hour ) that doesn't even add up to 1.5 million PPD.

Do I need to get a different passkey? I have been using the same one for at least a year.

https://v8-4.foldingathome.org/machines says I should be making over 20 million PPD, but right now I am making 2 to 3 million PPD.

I have other completed WU like this one. Out here looking for help.

The WU number given during assignment is not useful for troubleshooting. Please provide the Project number, Run number, Clone number, and Gen number of the WUs, otherwise referred to as PRCG.

Otherwise verify that your username and passkey are entered into the configuration, that is not the same thing as the passphrase for the account created to monitor multiple machines or remotely.

If your are folding using the username MEATUS no WUs show up as having been folded and submitted within the last 7 weeks. Though I can't use that as being definitive, there have been some problems with the stats lookups recently.

I got this information by looking at the Work Units tab and clicking the info button.

Looking up your username for its bonus status, you are currently under the 80% return rate to receive the bonus. You can look that up here - https://apps.foldingathome.org/bonus. That shows over 20,000 WUs downloaded and not completed.

Checking your recent work returns show that this happened sometime after Jan. 21st - https://apps.foldingathome.org/cpu

You can check your logs to see what caused the high download and non-completion rate, the v8 client keeps a daily log and retains the last 99 days worth by default.

Please update to the latest V8 version, which will halt when you are failing WUs left and right.
You current version does not do that, that's why you had thousands of WUs fail unnoticed
