Please bring back machine-specific disease selections

I'm new to the forums, but I've been folding for probably over 15 years at this point. Please bring back the ability to select disease priority per machine rather than per account. More than one of the selectable diseases has affected family members, and I like to have folding machines dedicated to each one.
