Is 8.4 not compatible with 8.3? The 8.4 client running on my Mac (using Firefox) isn't seeing either of my Windows computers running 8.3. The reverse is also true, the 8.3 computer in my office isn't seeing the 8.4 Mac sitting next to it. I'll get around to upgrading the Windows machines at some point but was a little surprised they don't seem to be talking to each other.
OTOH I just upgraded to Mac OS 15.1.1 yesterday so would not be entirely surprised to learn it has something to do with that. That also seems to have broken Safari compatibility since Safari was working fine with 8.3 before yesterday.
Edit: I upgraded one of my Windows machines to 8.4 and there was no improvement - neither 8.4 computer can see any of the other computers whether they are running 8.3 or 8.4.
Computers no longer seeing each other
