GPU Disabled

Hello I am running ubuntu linux 23.04 LTS and every time I start the PC, folding at home shows 3 (out of 3) GPUs disabled. The only way I have found to fix this is to reinstall the folding software each and every time I restart the PC. I am using solar power, so this is daily. I very much would like to figure out why this is happening and how to fix it. Thank you in advance.
