Getting RNA but removing them fixes weird issue

Getting RNA = "Resources Not Available" for CPU work but for some reason iGPU is affected by not running.
Just reporting what the main screen is saying.
Set to run 12 CPUs.
10 CPU/0 GPU
1 CPU/1 GPU
1 CPU/1 GPU
no 1 CPU/1 GPU which is iGPU
and 3 saying RNA for
1 CPU/0 GPU
1 CPU/0 GPU
10 CPU/0 GPU
all on one screen.
I deleted all the RNA only saying for CPU work and now I got iGPU work and now it's running fine now.
16 core AMD 7 7700X, NVIDIA 980 and 1080.
Windows 11, F@H v8.3.18
Yes iGPU set to run F@H. Note: it never says anything about 3rd 1 CPU/1 GPU in RNA.
In RNA it would show 1 CPU and 1 GPU. There all for CPU work.
