Where should fah v8 client feature suggestions go?

For example:

• log search context - Search is nice but need to go to the searched line and see context - maybe by double click on a line in the search results?
• fah-client service restart in webgui - for changes that require a restart
• Low priority enhancement: Time of Use folding - Nice for taking advantage of solar, time of use utility rates, when FAH is deployed as protein folding heater - heat in the winter, pause during the peak summer heat, or for quiet times if the computer has loud fans.

The open source repository is on Github - https://github.com/FoldingAtHome. The client and web control for version 8 are there codenamed "Bastet".
