I just downloaded and installed the software on my Vista machine.

Unfortunately, I don't know what I'm supposed to be seeing. The FAH window is just plain black.

Do I need to wait for a packet? Something else up?

I'm fairly good with computers and my system is up to par with video drivers and such.

I have figured out how to read the log file and it is processing, but the display is still blank.
