Hello, I have a problem with F@H for a user with passkey, etc. When I check the Donor Statistics, this is what it tells me: "My work unit was last recorded 21 days ago". 21 DAYS ??? Yet F@H works fine, there are no errors in the LOG tab, I don't know what to do. Do you have an idea, thanks.

Check the username your client is folding under.
The passkey basically controls the points bonus, not who those points are awarded to.

I configured F@H and it worked for several days, I didn't change anything, I don't use this computer, except for F@H so I didn't change any settings, still the same username and the same team number, the same passkey. I wonder if I create a new user, will it return WUs?

What does your log show?

Check your logs for the last work unit your system uploaded and copy the line into the PRCG box.
The line should look like this:- You don't actually need all the line, as long as you copy from the start of "program" to the number after "gen" you're golden.
The results will have shortcuts to the user/team your points are actually going.
