Does anyone know whats up with the percentage being stuck at 96.507% for a few months now?

It seems they're re-running some parts of that Moonshot sprint occassionally to get more data, like last week. But it's not running continuously like previous sprints were, so it's not 100% done.
Dr. Chodera might have more info on it.

Well now it says Sprint 6 [Started March 12th] at 70+%. Weird stuff

Sprint in FAH has periods of being very busy with idle periods interspersed. Most of the time the projects are introduced in pairs: one for small/narrow GPUs and one for wide GPUs with lots of shaders.
