For over the past 2 hours both of the collection servers 140.163.4.210 and 54.157.202.86 are not responding, I keep getting these errors in the log:

00:02:36:WARNING:WU01:FS01:Exception: Failed to send results to work server: 10002: Received short response, expected 512 bytes, got 0

00:02:36:WU01:FS01:Uploading 7.69MiB to 140.163.4.210
00:02:36:WU01:FS01:Connecting to 140.163.4.210:8080
00:03:06:ERROR:WU01:FS01:Exception: 10002: Received short response, expected 512 bytes, got 0

I have one client that connects to other collection servers fine so it seems to be a problem down the line.

Well it seems that this may be resolved - I can now reach the servers in a browser. I could not do that earlier. Right now I'm just waiting for my client to try again in 31 minutes.

I'll post back if it's still an issue for me.

I can reach both of them from a browser. It's likely that they both got full and somebody cleared out some space.

(Each Work Server may have connections to different CSs. If the CS happens to drop off-line, it's not a considered primary problem since the CS is a backup -- the connection to the original WS is primary destination for the upload data. In other words, the primary problem to be reported is 54.157.202.86.)

Thanks for the reply, everything uploaded ok though it did take a few more hours. It was about 10 minutes ago my WU finally uploaded to 54.157.202.86. Whatever the issue was, I'm all set now.
