To whitelist a card, we need to know it's device ID.
My understanding is that F@H has the Device IDs, but is under NDA from Nvidia until the cards are announced.
I suspect if someone has the Device ID because they own one, F@H would enable it.

Since the release date is the 24th, the "friend" is also probably under NDA if they actually have a card. Check back after the 24th for it to show up as whitelisted.
