Same issue for me, but even better:
at 99,X percent it stops and doesn't finish.
Is there any possibility to install the new Core_22 manually?
With a browser I can perfectly download it from
So there is no firewall etc blocking it. CPU Core Downloads work (also slow, but they finish and the core gets extracted)

Downloading the FAHCore manually won't help. That is not the issue. That should happen automatically if needed, once the WU arrives.
