Can't get WU's for days

I was churning out a million points a day, but I keep getting this message:

Your client has run into a bug in how it handles updates in the GPUs.txt file that it downloads about once a month to get the changes. In this specific case, some Intel iGPUs have been enabled for the researchers to test and check out possibly supporting them in the future. The Intel GPU has taken over the GPU folding and there are no public WUs.

This can be fixed up.

First pause folding. Then using FAHControl's Configure select the Slots tab. Click on the GPU slot and then Edit. Add the Extra Slot Option 'pause-on-start-true' and set it to 'true'. OK and Save these changes.

Next to add back in your RTX 2080, go back into Configure.and click Add under the Slots tab. On the window for adding and modifying slots click the radio button in the GPU area at the left side. It defaults to CPU, and in some themes is not too visible. OK and Save this. You should now have a working GPU folding slot.

For now do not remove the GPU slot for the disabled Intel GPU. The client will just add it back and mess things up again. You can pause folding using the pause all slots, but when resuming you will want to select just the slot for the 2080. To do this Right-click on the GPU slot for the 2080 in FAHControl, a small menu will pop up.

Unfortunately not for now. There were some changes in how the client detects GPU hardware and creates folding slots in recent versions of the client, so it may have to wait for the next version to be fixed. The bug shows up for two different types of changes in the GPUs.txt file. One is if a GPU changes from supported to unsupported, the other is this case where an unsupported GPU becomes "supported". I wrote "supported" as the setting at this time is only for internal testers, needed because they get work through the same servers. Not supported for general assignments.

You can't/shouldn't remove the slot, but to ease load on the servers and your log file, you can simply pause the slot.
Additionally, you can set the pause-on-start option for that slot to true so it won't try again after reboot, make sure you select the correct GPU ofc ;)
