HI,

When I turned on visualization for this WU I've noticed that two proteins are very far from each-other and the "filler" atoms/water occupy a cube that is not aligned with either protein's location.

Is this intended?

Which version of FAHClient is installed? Have you upgraded to 7.6.13 (or later)?
