I saw around May 17 14201 left the beta... however

It looks like the project number was reused, here is the original Beta test announcement - viewtopic.php?f=66&t=31211&p=304135. We ask the researchers to avoid doing this, but perhaps they lost track of which numbers had been used already. The original project was a CPU project, the current one is for GPUs.

Been running it a lot lately on the GPU, is it still Ebola related or is Corona? As I am focused on corona I was surprised to see it so often (though I do understand I can get other projects if there are none of my preferred).

Before the COVID19 project became the primary focus of FAH, there were many other proteins being studied. EBOLA happens to be one of them. Those projects have remained on-line but unrstudied when COVID became the highest priority. You'll notice that it's not a COVID project but rather an "unspecified" project.

Apparently you received this assignment at a movement when there was a shortage of higher priority assignments. I wouldn't worry about it. There are still important discoveries to be made for EBOLA or Cancer or Alzheimer's or ... In fact, one or more of the COVID studies was linked to things that were known about EBOLA.

thanks, i want and will help other projects in the future, but i am very motivated when it comes to corona... I also see now that 14201 is now coming up as covid-19, so as was first mentioned, I guess someone inadvertently reused project ids.
