Sorry, but my MacBook Pro is running too high, at300% Cpu and fan is loud. So I have to uninstall. Worked on

It doesn't work like that. Once the WU passes its timeout value, then it will be automatically reassigned.

Your other option would have been to complete the WU on a lower CPU thread setting, 300% just means that 3 of however many CPU threads available were being used.
