[RESOLVED] 130.237.11.145 - Stats Issue P16801/3/4

WUs from three projects on this server 16801, 16803 and 16804 are not appearing in WU status app … A 16801 WU (14, 13, 6) which completed on the morning of 17th April appears in the stats
https://apps.foldingathome.org/wu#proje ... e=10&gen=6 but since then all 16801, 16803 and 16804 WUs have failed to "show up" (have over 30 outstanding).
Most WUs were whilst on Beta, but all now on ADV/FAH and believe this is still happening … Low importance stats/points issue, as WUs uploaded OK but thought I'd post this as a placeholder for the next stats clear up
… A couple of samples from each project in case it helps:
16801 (14,13, 6) .. 16801 (3,1, 18)
16803 (11,0, 2) .. 16803 (4,7, 5)
16804 (31,1, 1) .. 16804 (53,9, 1)

This problem seems to still be happening, or has returned. I've got one in that state too.
https://apps.foldingathome.org/wu#proje ... =388&gen=2 has been showing "Not Found", but logs say it was accepted.

Please note that the Stats system hasn't kept up do to the scaling efforts to ensure that WUs are available to the Donors. They will eventually turn up once the Stats system catches up... this may take a while

Hence I only posted it as a placeholder
... I actually like getting the bulk points updates - they are like surprise presents ... Was also hopefully heading off myriad "Missing Points" topics by combining the three projects on this server into one post - I know the chances of that are minimal but thought it worth a shot - When they do appear I can just link to this with an "already known" comment
With it now being the weekend people are likely to start noticing and posting ... So for anyone reading this please be patient - this is a known/reported issue and will be sorted out at some point - but probably not be over the weekend !!

In no hurry as F@H is thankfully swamped with an army of new donors but, again, this may help KTH /SciLifeLab eventually update everybody's stats for Project 16803.

Is there something that we can do from KTH to check if this is a delay or points are simply not being assigned?

Apparently Joseph has solved the problem! In the next hour the points should go out. Please let me know when this happens.

Thanks to the powers that be from today I am seeing my single KTH /SciLifeLab Stockholm WU Project 16803 & 9,998.00 points earned April 24 2020 correctly reflected in my stats.
