Please add the GeForce 9800 GTX to the whitelist if possible.

Sorry, unable to add this card to the whitelist as it is too old and lacks support for OpenCL 1.2 and Double Precision calculations. The card is already on the list, but blacklisted:

There are the specs, you can see Joe_H is right. If it did work, it could not meet deadlines.

Woot, are you mocking my highly elite gaming machine
Well, I just wanted to test if there was any point in putting together boxes with all the old hardware collecting dust, but as far as I could see the PPD on this old stuff was basically the same as running on a CPU, so not really worth the bother.
On the other hand, running this FaH software on my 18 x GPU setup seems stable and fine, it is just to bad that the server issues, with lack of WU distribution capacity, prevents people from using their available hardware to the max.
My guess is that this FaH project could clear out their current jobs list in days, if they figured out how to utilize all the available capacity knocking on their door, since I can see from my own setup that I hardly ever reach more than 20% utilization per day, due to having to wait hours for WUs.

Welcome to the F@H Forum Sparkly,
Work is underway to ensure that there's more supply for GPU WUs and that the infrastructure can handle the demand without too many issues. While a lot of progress has been made, there is still more work happening that will make a positive impact soon for the GPU Donors

I wonder in the dearth of GPU WUs, or at least the speed at which they have all completed was linked in any way to the absolutely awesome WU rate that EC2Spot
https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com ... =&u=928671 achieves (as I guess those are GPU WUs given the points).
... and I am not complaining, or in any way being negative about ec2spot - I think it is incredible this is achievable - simply saying that at that rate GPU projects could well be completed fairly quickly?

I was trying to show facts about why the card you asked about is no longer supported.
Sadly, GPU years are like dog years. Very little before 2015 is still supported. (In the laptop space, it is even worse)
