I'm trying for more than 24h to upload two packages on the above mentioned server with no luck.
Is there any way of getting those to another server? Is there a timeout for the upload tries?

Unfortunately, a downloaded WU can only be returned to the Work Server or Collection Server(s) if configured by the researcher. The only time the WU stops trying to be returned to the Server is when the Expiration date has been reached which means that the WU will be deleted by the client.
I noticed that the update is ~15 minutes for 155.247.166.219 so I am guessing it was rebooted and that may have resolved the issue.
