I've been having problems with the same project failing to upload now for like a day or two and I don't know what to do.

Is there anything I can do to sort this out?

Please note that it appears that the Work Server and Collection Server are operational. However, since there's a large demand of WUs, those servers might be reaching the number of connections and bandwidth available to them hence the failure to upload. The F@H Team is aware of this issue and working hard to meet the demands of Donors. While things have improved significantly over the past few weeks, there's still additional work that's happening in the background: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=33193

I would say that just leave it as is and the client will eventually upload when it get a chance.

The collection server 52.224.109.74 seems not to collect currently "Has CS=No".
So maybe try to block it in firewall temporarily so you may get assigned to another collection server.

Blocking a WS with a firewall will not help WUs from it upload !!

WUs will upload to the WS they come from ... if the WS is busy and there is a CS associated it will try to upload to that .. if that fails it will try again later ... if it does go to a CS it still needs to get back to the WS to be processed .. the CS is simply a temporary store which needs to be configured server side .. if you firewall you simply stop the WU being uploaded as/when it can and it will expire.
