How do I tell my F@H client not to download a new work unit?

Unfortunately, I can't keep my computer running 24/7 and I shut it down before I go to sleep. Sometimes, my computer finishes a work unit close to the time when I shut down my computer, but since my computer would be stop working soon it would take longer for the work unit to be completed than if I received the work unit at morning. To prevent this problem, how can I tell the F@H client not to download a new work unit?

In Advanced Control, you can press Finish. That will finish current work but not download new work. When you are ready again click Fold

Welcome to the F@H Forum Kyan,
Please note that F@H doesn't expect you to leave your computer running 24/7 for folding. You can turn if off at night-time if you feel like it. As long as you can finish the assigned WU before the Timeout period, it is all good
