FAH stops working whenever I try to fold with my cpu slot. I am able to fold with my gpu slot. help

As well as your log some system information is useful in order to help. How are you using F@H? OS etc if you are in windows there will be a F@H icon on your taskbar and you can right click and select 'advanced' this will give you a lot more control over setting CPU and GPU. Good luck.

I am using the advanced control. I tried allocating less cores, like 2 or 4, to F@H rather than the -1 to let the program to decide, but it still crashes. I put my logs in my original post.

Did you check your CPU temperatures ? And your RAM ?

The first error I see is a domain decomposition error objecting to running the assigned WU with 7 and then with 6 CPU cores. GROMACS will not run with 7 cores so it's adjusted to 6 and restarted. I've never seen a domain decomposition error with 6 cores. In any case, there is nothing you can do about that error.

The Domain Decomposition error message is intended for the project owner. An error report for project 13851 (0, 30470, 20) indicating that the WU is Faulty has been returned to the project owner and your client should have moved on. The project owner will probably correct the faulty WU.

Failing to move on is something FAH does need to correct. I'll contact the person that maintains FAHCore_a7. You may need to manually dump that particular WU.
