FAHviewer 7.5.1, i7, Linux

Hello,
I'm really glad there is a way that people can help in stopping this virus. Thank you F@h and Stanford Medicine. I have recently installed the client, control and viewer of 7.5.1 on 19.3 Linux Mint (Cinnamon). Everything seems to be working ok with the exception that the viewer doesn't show the protein and under Status it says Connected, Loading and Snapshots 0 of 0.

I've got an AMD system running the same thing and it works fine.

I'll also add that I had dependency issues when I first installed the controller and the viewer but I used Synaptic to fix broken dependencies. I have also tried re-installing all three and rebooting. Nothing seems to change it.

Any help is appreciated.

After waiting for it to finish an incomplete project it works.

Welcome to the F@H Forum jeffmr4,

Please note that the FAHViewer doesn't work all the time. It is a known issue as some Projects and FahCore will not provide the data needed by FAHViewer to generate the simulation. In some cases, it will render a demo protein. However, please note that while FAHViewer may not display the correct data, it is indeed performing the necessary tasks on the CPU/GPU.
