I am new and amd want to help.

I downloaded the software with no problems, it ran and I got 42,000 points which is good. But then I have set idle for two days, can I download more work? in the FAH controls log I get 10:13:40:WARNING:WU00:FS00: Failed to get assignment from '18.218.241.186:80': No WUs available, I understand with the current situation, I just want to make sure there is not something I could be doing, and my virus software is blocking it or something. If there are WUs will they appear in the work Que??

I think you are doing everything right, I get the same message every now and again.
Sometimes my PC will do 5 PCs in a row, sometimes I'm unlucky and it's idle for a while.
As long as you don't see any other error messages, I wouldn't worry.

If it takes too long, you can pause the folding, wait a minute, and restart it (in Advanced Control). It will reinitialize the request intervals and give you a better chance.
In order not to overload the servers when they are already very busy, the client software waits longer after each unsuccessful request. But if it takes hours, there no harm in pausing/restarting the system.
