Is anyone able to offer advice? My client used to connect, but now it is not. Anything I can do?

Your Radeon HD 6800 series GPU is no longer usable for GPU folding as it does not support Double Precision (FP64) calculations, the HD 6900 series do. The projects that were only using Single Precision finished up last year.

Your system can work on CPU folding, there are many projects coming out screening for possible drug candidates.

That is fine, but it's not even connecting for the CPU (or am I missing the point and there are no CPU things running at the mo)

Thanks

The issuing of WUs (both GPU and CPU) is under stress due to massive expansion of folding community ... the message for your CPU is nothing unusual at this point in time (see the many posts in this regard) ... the team are working to resolve this and issue WUs to everyone as quickly as they can but until things catch up there will be some periods of inactivity until a download occurs.
