Trying to figure out why my points are no longer applying to my account after assigning a passkey. Steps I took:

• Created a name and joined a team
  Later added a passkey after a couple of folds, I generated my own because I didn't know I was supposed to be assigned one but the program took it with no issue.
  Went smooth until I had to restart my client after changing routers, the client refused to connect to work servers until after a re-install.
  Tried to re-enter my old passkey and it refused to take it, that's when I was assigned a key.

Been folding for over 24 hours and still no points are being assigned to any account, they seem to just vanish. I thought a duplicate name might pop up in the donor list if a passkey account was treated as a separate entity but that doesn't seem to be the case.

v.7.5.1, Expert options that I have configured:
open-web-control=true
next-unit-percentage=95
client-type=beta (did this because it's the only way that my client will reliably connect to work servers and complete downloads)

The page you gave me shows my work units are being received, but the points aren't updating on my Donor/Team pages. Must be a delay, I'll check in again tomorrow and see if something changes.

And the delay is currently even more than a day unfortunately, but it's the weekend and it's a lot of volunteers - be patient.
Points are a good motivation, for me too, I admit, but as long as I know the computing results get delivered, I'm happy.

The stats pages are broken.

Still not updating. One thing worth noting is when using this page to check on most recently submitted jobs:

There are two entries. The first entry isn't updating and (I believe) corresponds with the last entry I submitted before adding a password, the second one consistently updates every time I submit an entry. Both have different CPUids and a different octet for the IP. I changed routers over the weekend, but I can't imagine that's the cause of my issue. The completed WUs are being acknowledged, just seems like the points are off in the void somewhere.

I can confirm the problem.

I have accumulated 132,748 points, and the stats show 486.

My points stopped posting on March 27th.

The problem has been confirmed and responded to in many thread… and the current situation is regrettably still the same (as with all the similar topics) … there are issues with stats at the moment … give it time (days/weeks rather than minutes/hours) and the team will get the resolved - but at the moment primary focus is most likely on getting the science done.

Various of the parts of the stats system may be more/less up to date than others - some WUs have be initially awarded "low points" - most of the problems are known and being dealt with as when the team can find a spare moment or two whilst coping with the massive increase in the folding community.

The stats system is currently down for maintenance. When it is back up, I anticipate that the points should appear.

The very small child in me so wants to shout "nah, nah, ne, nah, nah, Told You So" ... but actually really glad the stats are recovering and you are seeing points accruing again so instead I'll just breathe a sigh of relief as the forums might be a tad less busy (probably shouldn't have typed that but too late) !!

One issue I believe is still impacting speed of stats/WUs so I'll mention it in case you get impacted by it ... Servers are still very busy and some WUs are being returned to Collection servers until such time as they can transit to the Work Server ... iirc WUs won't show up in the stats system until they hit the WS so if you are missing any at any point check the logs and see if they were uploaded to a CS ... they do catch up eventually.
