Hello,

We created a new team and have a couple dozen machines folding towards our team number 254724. Although the team shows up in the Team Editor, we are unable to look up our progress on the leaderboards. Also, although each of our machines have unique generated names and keys, none of them are discoverable as individual donors either. It has been about 48 hours since we started. Could it be that it takes more time for our work to show up? I'm worried we did something wrong and all our effort has gone unrecorded.

I'm not sure as for your specific case, but the fact is that the stats at stats.foldingathome.org/donor are now over two days old. The servers are overloaded and updating the stats is not exactly a priority for the team.
Now, this will bump your message up and perhaps an admin will give you a more exact assessment.

As mentioned in a number of places, the stats lookup on the site are behind at displaying recently earned points, and for a variety of reasons connected with the heavy network traffic the servers are operating under. Your team is getting points, I checked the file created for third party stats sites and it who's up there:

254724 TeamPalmaz 17108 27

That is 27 WUs, and 17108 points.

I've created a team as well. I was provided the team number, and I plugged that into my folding client. However, the team doesn't appear to exist.

/team/255078 reports NOT FOUND

Not sure what to do next at this point.

Eventually it should show up from searches through the we site. WUs and points have been recorded for the team:

I have the same issue, I created a new team (with ID 255594). Could someone please confirm that the team created successfully?
