I don't have a constant internet connection. Is there any way I can force an upload and download of work units? Thanks!

FAH does assume you have a constant internet connection. I do remember certain problems back in the day when I had a dialup internet connection.
When a WU is completed, FAH will try to upload it and keep trying periodically ... at longer and longer intervals. Under "ordinary" circumstances, one of those retry times will be while you do have a connection. These are not ordinary times, though. Our servers are bandwidth-limited much of the day and you'd still have to enable your internet connection during one of the intervals that the server's internet connection path is enabled.
Assuming the server is currently allowing connections, you can restart FAH's softwrare while your internet connection is enabled ... or perhaps you can simply PAUSE/FOLD (unpause) while both ends of the internet connection are open.
Good luck.

Ok. I think I just lost a completed work unit because of not having an internet connection. I can't tell how to see if it sent. I see where it tells you you have 7 days to complete a WU so maybe it did send and the points aren't showing yet.

If you can post your log (see link in sig block for bruce above) we can have a look and see what has happened.

Ok, I see it went through now. I guess since so many new people are joining up, myself included, that it may be like that. I was working on a myosin study, now it shows me working on a covid task and has added 800 points from the myosin study. Thanks for answering my questions!
