Hi!

So, I have a team .

I know, that today few new members joined it and I assume they have done some WU's, but the list is not updated. In fact - no new points and users were credited today on the list. Why is that? Does anyone has any answer to this case?

What is more curious - Some of my points were credited to the other teams. And I don't know why, as I haven't changed a thing in my settings. This is my donor page . My team is "Just Join IT Community", but as you can see, some points go to the "Google" and "PSU CMPSC 465" teams, but I really don't know them

Could anyone help me with this problem?

As an initial "answer" (until someone who can help better comes along) is that stats are taking a bit of time to filter through at the moment - an impact of the massive workloads - there are a few other issues that could be impacting but I think this is the most likely from what you have posted … and my guess on your second question (and it is only that) is that possibly there is more than one folder using your nick name.

The Google one looks as if it might be a long past folder the WU count and Low Points possibly indicates this … the other one looks a tad strange (to me) as it has a recent WU timestamp for last WU but no active client within recent periods … This will definitely take more knowledge than I have to answer (just a regular folder) … someone will get round to responding in full I am sure.

Yes - I've experienced that my team and individual stats are somewhat stuck since last submission last night, yet I know I've submitted a few WUs today...
As Neil-B says - I expect this is down to the overloading of the servers in general... At least I *hope* everything is being recorded OK at source!

We've discovered that there can be a significant a delay between the WU being uploaded and the data being added to the official database.

First, when a completed WU is uploaded, the data needed for the points DB is captured, including the upload time-date. Those credit records are then shipped to the stats server. If the communications channels between the server receiving the WU and the stats server are saturated / overloaded, the data can be delayed ... particularly if the WU was uploaded to a Collection Server where it has to first be transferred to the Work Server before it can be forwarded to the stats server.

With all of the folks interested in COVAID-19 research, we're upgrading FAH's collection of servers as rapidly as we can and the've gotten a little slow it being able to collect the actual statistics.

I actually came here to ask this question. My team and individual points stopped updating the other day. I took one of my old ETH mining rigs and used it for F@H so its doing fairly well. Its updating on the local machine not on the server side. I guess with everything being hammered its taking a while to update. I dont really care about the points other then I wanted to make sure the work I was doing was actually counting for something and it helped when trying to recruit others.

Same here, but let us wait for a few days... More important is that the scientists can do his work
