I have everything running. But I want to check out the web control panel.

Current running rhel7. My CPU and GPU seem to be churning away.

I opened 7396, but when I try to access this from another machine on my local network I get a 403 - access denied.

All instructions I have found have involved settings in a guy.

EDIT: Oh, and focussing on the headless bit more, Jesse_V's advise should be directly applicable and my follow-up you can then in fact do via the FAHControl interface, but it's also no more involved than additionally adding e.g. <web-allow v='10.0.0.0/8 127.0.0.1'/> to said same file. Again, noticed some issues with space-seperated vs. comma-seperated on Windows vs Linux, so try both if needed.
