protein viewer stuck on demo?

hey everyone! just got onto the f@a network, and my protein viewer is stuck at demo. any ideas?

Hardware configuration: 1: 2x Xeon E5-2697v3@2.60GHz, 512GB DDR4 LRDIMM, SSD Raid, Win10 Ent 20H2, Quadro K420 1GB, FAH 7.6.21

Efforts are underway to try and fix but not at this time a huge priority tbh … viewtopic.php?f=106&t=32628&start=30&hilit=viewer

The version that is part of the current 7.5.1 client works for some WU's under OS X and Linux, broken on Windows.
