My account seems to not be working

About 13 days ago, I began using folding@home. However, I noticed I wasn't appearing on my team's leaderboards, and today I noticed that my donor page doesn't exist. Is there a way that I can make this start working?

Hi Lionmeow,
You should give us a bit more info, here. For example the System Info of the Client Advanced Control, the user name that you chose, the # of your team, and whether you have taken a passkey?

Alright, the following is the info:
Name: Lionmeow
Team: 237181
Passkey: Yes
F@H Info: F@H 7.5.1, win32 10
System Info: Intel Core i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz, 16 GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
I will note that it seems that it installed F@H 32 bit while my computer is a 64 bit computer.

F@H client and control have no need to be 64 bit. The core programs that do the work will be 64 bit when needed.

Can you provide the information on a couple of WUs that you have completed and returned? We would need what is shown as Project, Run, Clone and Generation - all 4 numbers in that order. These entries show up in the log files. With that the WUs can be looked up and we can see if they have been received and points awarded recorded in the stats database and to whom.

Are your points being collected under the name of Lionmeow?
Project 11758, Run 0, Clone 610, Gen 0 may be a defective WU. Folding it has has been attempted by at least 4 other people and it has failed. were there any errors noted in the log?

Project 11751, Run 0, Clone 7279, Gen 2 shows one return not by you
Project 14051, Run 17, Clone 364, Gen 0 shows no returns
Project 11758, Run 0, Clone 610, Gen 0 has been returned by 4 people, not you, all reported faulty.
Project 14304, Run 5, Clone 21, Gen 21 was returned by 2 people, not you, one for partial credit(or maybe that was base credit, wasn't looking to close)
You will need to post a log so someone can see whats going on.

Hello together,
I am completely new to F@H but i am already toatlly caught by it. Since last night I have 4 clients up running and today at work I add one more.
But I can find the same issue like described from Lionmeow. Nothing appears on the Leaderboard or Donor Status und my Donor name.
Does it maybe have something to do with the increase in Clients?

You may well not have the same problem - yours may be just delayed stats (see any of the general discussions on this in the forums) ... can you post a log from your machine please ... instructions on how to do this are in the new donors forum ... them someone will be able to clarify ... and well to Folding

I seem to have the same issue.
My client keeps folding, but page where my stats should be says "not found"
