Question regarding WU processing

I was under the impression that every WU is processed only once so that no overlapping work is done. I happened to be checking the WU status page and noticed that some WUs have been returned by multiple folders. What is the actual difference between them?
For example

Yes, your impression is accurate. I suspect that the WU failed on Ash's machine, failed on Keionn's machine, but was successful returned for full credit by six60six. It's possible that the first two had hardware issues. It's hard to really know the reason without looking at the returned workunit and its logs.

OK, I thought that the Code column would tell if the work was not accepted, but it's something else then.

A faulty return would have been noted instead of an OK. It is possible there was a glitch on the server and it reassigned a WU after the first one came back. That second one was not returned within the 1 day timeout, that resulted in the next WU being sent out. A faulty return still counts as a return, and may get some prorated points.
The Timeout value on some of the COVID-19 GPU projects has been set fairly short, WU's returned by the deadline will still receive base credit until the Deadline time.
Normally a WU is only sent out once. If it comes back as faulty, then it will get reassigned a few times to be certain whether it is a problem with the WU, or a problem on the system that processed it. Multiple faulty returns, number set by the researcher, ends the WU getting reassigned. The short Timeout values on some projects may increase the reassignment rate a bit.
