Is there a screensaver for mac?

I have been an old-time Boinc user. They installed a screensaver as a way to visualize the data packages. I am new to this program, but I wonder if there is a screensaver for mac to run when idle.
I use MacOs 10.14.6

Not that I know of. However you can use the FAHViewer to see a visualization of CPU WU's processing for most projects I have tried it with.

So, do I need to keep open the app FAHControl then so it can download the packages?

The folding clients will continue to run in the background even if FAHControl is not running.
