Hello. Trying to get up and running but so far can't get it to work. Does anyone see anything wrong with the code?

Looks like another case where the F@H servers are not keeping up with demand. The team are aware and are trying to increase the capacity.

Thanks for the reply. So everything looks good in the code?
"No WUs available for this configuration"
Not available for this configuration is ok? I have a friend who is still getting new ones. Once I receive the first one and it works I will know everything is configured correctly. Over 24 hours so far and it hasn't gotten single one.

Yeah I think we're just processing the work units faster than they are making them, I've gone days without one. Just stay patient and eventually one will come your way.

Thank you. I'll just leave it up and see what happens. I just wanted to make sure the code was correct. Under status it says

So was confused if maybe it was hung up or why it says Protein Loading for over 24 hours now.

You get the same message when all the servers are saturated as you would get if, in fact, there's something wrong in your configuration or the servers have, in fact, run out of WUs that match that configuration. The only one you can do anything about is if there's a problem in your configuration. If you think that may be the case, we can review the first couple of pages of FAHlog, but if all of your hardware has successfully folded in the past, that's not needed.

If it has been idle for a long time, a restart gives you a fresh set of retries, but it also adds unnecessary traffic to overloaded servers.

Hello Bruce. I uploaded the file at the beginning of this thread is that what you are asking for or something different? I just found out about FAH two days ago and it has never "worked" I've left it running for over 24 hours so far with no results. Can you look at the log and see if you find anything wrong? It would be nice to get at least one so I know it does work and my configuration is correct. Thanks for your help.

There are enough work units available, the servers just can't supply and collect them fast enough. The team are doing what they can to remedy the situation.

You mean as in not a great graphics processor not that something is wrong with it causing a issue with WU not loading correct? Yeah its a MACBOOK pro laptop but we have 3 in this configuration in the house and if I can get this program running I was going to set it up on all 3 as we barely use them. Thanks.

GPU folding is not supported on MAC, unless something changed while I wasn't looking.

Log shows a single slot for CPU, should be good, just no work to be had for it.

My first experience but since they offer the software download. It seems to work and the software came in the download as a MAC product I believe they do support it.
