What can that be and do you have a solution? Thanks in advance.

The demand for work has exceeded the server ability to assign work, so depending on when your client's request comes in, either all WU's of that type are assigned, or the server can not take another connection. About all that you can do is wait. If the time between retries gets too long, pause the client for a minute and then start it folding.

There are more servers in the process of being prepared, and the researchers are working on additional projects to increase the availability of WU's.
