Not receiving passkey email

I've been trying for the past week to get a passkey from the "Get a Folding@home Passkey" page, but the email never arrives. Any idea what could be causing this? My email is hosted by Office 365--I saw that someone else had an issue with a Microsoft email account; are these email accounts not supported?

The volume of passkey emails has caused some email services' automatic filters to block them as spam. The person managing the server has been in contact with a number of their admins to get the emails unblocked. But it is a continuing problem, and since some domains have just been discarding them, not all who needed to be contacted have been.

I'm the admin for our domain and we do not have any domains blocked. Email that triggers the Junk filter goes to the Junk folder, so users should still see them (in fact, my activation email for this forum was marked Junk by the filter, but I was still able to access it).

I can add the domain to the "allow list" on the server side and see if that makes a difference. What's the domain of the sender of the passkey?
